Pre-booking Non-refundable Deposit

We would need a pre-booking non-refundable deposit for our services to officially schedule our IV Hydration Therapy sessions. All appointments require a booking deposit for in-office and off-site services.

    • Surcharge and Inventory Fee: 15%
      • Note: There is a 15% surcharge and inventory fee for all in-office and clinic services.
  • Concierge Fee for Confirmed Groups: $250

Other Terms and Conditions Regarding Payment Dues and Charges

  • Appointment Set-Up, Deposits and Fees:
    • We can certainly set up an IV Station. We do this regularly for weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and even birthdays. We can also set up an appointment in one of our Palm Desert, CA offices.
    • We offer a variety of IV treatment options like Hangover Remedies, Beauty Blends, and Wellness/Energy Boosters that range from $99-$260 or more, depending on what is infused in the bag. All treatments can be customized to cater to your event needs. 
    • We do need an appointment set-up beforehand with a deposit of $99.00 (purchased with your IV session and included in your treatment charges) for the in-office visit and $250 (not including the IV session and your treatment charges) for concierge services for your guest(s) and dependent on confirmed pre-paid individual treatments for your IV Hydration Therapy and Wellness Services session(s) for your intended session.
    • We can TEMPORARILY schedule you and we will await for confirmation details and a DEPOSIT for official registration.
  • Concierge Fees:
    • The “house calls” or mobile, off-site and concierge services need a minimum of 1 Guest with a Concierge Fee deposited that is paid in full. We do require payment with a designated credit card information which we will charge in full or for subsequent treatments and add-ons for your Guests in the party.
    • Our concierge, mobile, off-site and private fee has increased to $250 for the high season and especially during Coachella, Stagecoach, the other Arts and Music Festivals and other special events year-round.
    • There is a $250 concierge fee for the first two hours and $100 per hour thereafter for your requested group size of guests. A surcharge and inventory fee may apply.
    • For all concierge services we have a travel fee that is based on the group size and length of time that we are there.
    • You can certainly add anything we have in the menu once we are there to treat you. This includes the A La Carte items with as many guests that may need on the spot treatments.
  • Surcharge and Inventory Fee:
    • There is a percentage of surcharge and inventory fee that may apply (15% for In-Office/Clinic or 25% for Concierge Services/Private Mobile Sessions).

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • More Than 48 Hours
    • Registration cancellations more than 48 hours from start of a service/appointment will receive a 100% refund, minus a $25 administrative fee per scheduled guests, clients, and customers.
    • Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of appointment time to receive a refund.
  • 48 Hours or Less
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations 48 hours or less prior to the service/appointment. However, such guests, clients, and customers may attend a future service/appointment by paying a $35 rescheduling fee.
    • Designated credit can be issued if no refunds can be issued for future appointments.
    • Once the service/appointment has begun or been rescheduled, no refunds will be given unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.
  • Lack of Participation/Emergency Situations
    • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service/appointment due to the lack of participation or personnel/workplace emergency situations. Please be advised that notification of canceled or rescheduled service/appointment (s) will be given by phone or email as soon as possible.

I gave them a call, came into their facility on a weekend, and they treated me with a so called “banana bag” and was given some headache medicine. An hour or two later, it was like the wedding and all the drinking never happened. If you are in the area and in need of this relief, I highly recommend giving them a call and paying a visit.

I’m convinced hiring Replenish 360 is amongst the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I called the morning of my wedding to mitigate a moderate to advanced hangover. Deep head and neck aches, dehydration, body aches.

We were on a sustained good mezcal / mediocre beer program the night prior.

Two wonderful nurses came to me poolside whilst enjoying huevos rancheros and having our friends trespass to the private pool of our adorable little hotel.

They told me the scoop, plugged me in, and we began the 45min road to recovery.

There was no pain. You start feeling better about 20 mins in. The full flight takes about 4 hours to get to cruising altitude where you will find yourself 100% replenished. The vitamin, pain reliever, and saline cocktail is delicious.

This is a steep ticket show, no doubt. But look, if you’ve got the big day / meeting / event etc… this is an investment in yourself. Very big returns.

I’m just thrilled that the nurses and service we received was all so easy, helpful, and fun.

This place is awesome! The staff is great and super communicative. I recommend the Meyers cocktail after a night of drinking. I came with my brother in law who wanted to call an ambulance because he was dehydrated. We found this place and saved $500. I’ll be back.

A GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Let me just say that I hate being poked. I’ve always been pretty squeamish when it came to needles. I was a little hesitant but have been wanting to get IV Hydration for a while to see what the hype was about.

I called them up and let them know I was in town with my husband and a few friends who wanted to get IV therapy. They said they were able to come to us and have it done in our hotel room! So awesome. We scheduled for the next morning. The staff was so friendly and very professional. They are all certified/licensed nurses and medical professionals so they know what they’re doing. My husband and I both went with Tier 3.

We were able to get hydrated while we relaxed! It was an overall positive experience and I would definitely do it again!
