Representatives of Southern California Nursing Academy, Inc. (SoCal Nursing) carefully shall prevent any conflict between their respective personal, professional or business interests and the interests of Southern California Nursing Academy, Inc. (SoCal Nursing), in any and all actions taken by them on behalf of Southern California Nursing Academy, Inc. (SoCal Nursing) in their respective capacities.

Nondiscriminatory and Inclusion Policy

Southern California Nursing Academy, Inc. (SoCal Nursing) maintains a very strict nondiscriminatory policy by its constituents – including the shareholders, executive officers, administrators, instructors, employees, staff, contractors, agents, volunteers, prospective and current students and applicants. We do not discriminate, harass, or retaliate based on an individual’s race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other protected category and classification. In fact, we have a nondiscriminatory and inclusion policy for all protected categories and classifications.

Under the circumstance of this breach, SoCal Nursing will take swift and suitable action to explore complaints under our nondiscriminatory and inclusion policy to prevent, correct, and discipline individuals who engage in such unlawful and biased behavior that violates not only our nondiscriminatory and inclusion policy but as well as our code of ethics, core values and other institutional policies and procedures. We mandate all SoCal Nursing constituents to participate in creating this fair environment and cooperate with any potential investigation allegations, if need be.
